SUCCESS AND EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE

According to recent research the IQ (Intelligence Quotient) has been proven to bring only 20% of significant agents to achieve success. This entails that the other 80% depend on other sort of agents.

Emotional Intelligence

The factors above are the following ones: the ability to obtain self-motivation, the perseverance towards one´s goals despite any possible frustrations, the self-control of impulses in order to regulate our mood, the ability to show sympathy and trust others, and the way we face everyday issues.

People able to control their feelings enjoy a win-win situation in all aspects of their lives and are able to interpret other people´s feelings and relate effectively to them. Those individuals who have developed the emotional abilities properly usually feel good about themselves. They are more efficient and able to master mental habits which may determine productivity and success at any activity or goal.
