ADVANTAGES OF PRACTISING MEDITATION WITH CHILDREN:




   We get children to relax through meditation, to gain self-esteem and a higher concentration.





   These easy steps can be followed to be able to meditate with them:

-Look at a life landscape or a picture and ask them to describe it in detail.

-Tell them to concentrate on their inspiration and expiration, even better with their eyes closed.

-Make a drawing as complete as possible paying attention to small details.
