HIGHLIGHTING WHAT IS POSITIVE

Positive emotions widen the focus of our awareness and allow us to perceive more experiences. When contemplating what happens to us with a positive attitude, our perception changes.

The left prefrontal cortex is triggered when our mood is positive and energetic.

This region of the brain holds some circuits which remind us how fine we feel when meeting our long-sought goal.

The positive vision determines, at neuronal level, the time we will be able to maintain this positive perspective. This ability can also be learned, and it is a different way to focus learning and its difficulties.
